Common Site Cache Issues

This page will collate the issues commonly experienced with the eDRAWS Site Cache server/client and how to resolve them.

Flashing Icons

If the application integration icons are flashing in the system tray this usually indicates a conflict between your client machine and the server:

Connection Errors

If you see the following message when processing or downloading a document in eDRAWS it generally means there has been an error communicating with the server

We are working on introducing changes to make these connection issues less frequent, however for now you can force the client to reconnect which should resolve the issue. The following video demonstrates this process:
